This Privacy Policy explains how PaS (Poly And Space) collects and uses information for poly and space, currently an early access waitlist for future desktop software for Polymarket market analysis and disciplined automation.

Information We Collect

During the waitlist stage, we collect your email address, signup source, signup timestamp, and optional browser user agent. We do not collect trading account credentials, wallet keys, positions, or sensitive trading data through this waitlist.

How We Use Information

We use waitlist information to manage early access requests, understand signup source quality, and notify subscribers when private access, demo mode, or release information becomes available.

Desktop-First Privacy

Desktop-first software designed to minimize unnecessary cloud exposure. Future desktop app privacy behavior will be documented before release. We will avoid claiming local-only storage for any data unless the released software technically supports that behavior.

Third-Party Providers

We may later use an email provider for release notifications. Provider details will be added before email delivery services are enabled.

Analytics And Cookies

The selected analytics direction is Self-hosted Umami on infrastructure controlled by the operator. Analytics is used to understand aggregate page usage, such as which pages are visited and whether the waitlist flow works. Session recording, advertising pixels, and invasive behavioral tracking are not part of the default setup.

If analytics is enabled, the site asks for consent before loading the analytics script. Your consent choice is stored in your browser so the notice does not need to appear on every visit.
